A Gym Designed Differently.
Set within a beautifully converted countryside barn, our private members-only gym offers a welcoming, non-judgemental space where everyone can feel comfortable. Equipped with carefully selected, high-quality equipment, we provide a premium training environment away from the crowds and distractions of traditional gyms.
We offer both small group train sessions and 1-1 private personal training. We deliver personalised support tailored to your goals, ability and experience. Whether you’re building confidence, improving fitness, or working towards specific performance goals, our expert coaching ensures every session is focused on you.
How Our Memberships Work
Step 1 - Choose a membership.
We have a variety of membership options available to suit your fitness needs and goals. Each membership will give you a set number of session passes per month. PAYG options are also available if you’re not able to commit straight away.
Step 2 - Gain access to our flexible booking schedule.
Our memberships give you session passes to use across the month as you please. This means you can change the days/times you train with us to suit your schedule.
Step 3 - Train With Structure, intent & community.
You attend coached small group sessions, track progress and build strength, fitness and confidence over time. All whilst becoming part of a community that not only cares about you, but holds you accountable to your goals.
